Why, especially in the summertime, is it so hard to motivate myself to do basic things. For instance, I hate getting out of bed in the morning and when I do I go eat breakfast and fall back asleep on the couch watching TV. Although I love to workout, it takes me awhile to motivate myself to actually go to the gym even though I feel so good after. Lame, I know.
So, if you have any good ideas that will motivate me that I haven't already heard...and believe me, I have heard a lot, let me know!

Get rid of your TV, volunteer somewhere or get a pt job. Set a exercise goal and get in a pattern. Yoga at 7:00 then hit the coffee shop, pledge to do a half marathon, etc. Take up painting, get a bike, find a good book, just don't waste your summer. You won't have time like you do now when you get out of school, make the best of it.
